J vs. kh
[edit]Srnec, I assume the source you used says "tarij" and "jums", but the words should be "tarikh" and "khums." What probably happened is the author didn't know Arabic past some familiarity with the alphabet, and confused "j" and "kh", which are the same except for the placement of the dot. I've changed it but I wanted to explain why! Adam Bishop (talk) 05:43, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
- Could it be because my source was Spanish? Arabic kharja is Spanish jarcha. Anyways, thanks for fixing it! Srnec (talk) 05:59, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, maybe, I didn't think of that. (I should apologize for assuming the original author was ignorant!) Adam Bishop (talk) 07:17, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
