So was the letter to Maris heterodox or not?
[edit]The way the contents of Ibas' letter to Maris are described, one is led to conclude that it was fully 'orthodox' and anti-Nestorian, so it remains a mystery why it was the centre of a controversy both during and after Ibas' lifetime and caused him to be accused of heresy and Nestorianism. 62.73.69.121 (talk) 07:20, 28 October 2023 (UTC)
