based on a graphic novel?
[edit]I don't understand how it could have been based on a graphic novel. The screenplay was written long before the graphic novel. I don't think the graphic novel was even released before the film. It came after. 75.17.124.42 (talk) 06:07, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
