Is this the same actor that play Kamen Rider Gatack in Kamen Rider Kabuto because from the external links listed on article, they doesn't look the same?

Don't know, might not be the same Yuuki Sato. It says he's a voice actor, however, some of the anime were aired at least 10 years ago. The Yuuki Sato who is in Kabuto looks young, in his 20s.
