I would guess it's not listed here since it's not run by the University, it's a separate privately-owned development. It's not clear though ... Tim (Xevious) (talk) 15:02, 2 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Can anyone confirm the University Hall date? I was at Churchill from 1975-1976 and stayed at the university until 1981 and I am pretty sure that there was no University Hall then. I am certain it did not exist in 1975, as there were just the four Stoke Bishop halls: Churchill, Wills, Hyatt-Baker and Badock. Could it have been built in 1971 and acquired by the university later?
