HOMOSEXUALS?
Can someone please elaborate how to dress as a "homosexual" and why this is done at this particular high school? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.38.117.174 (talk) 00:57, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

- Done - the name spelling is corrected as you suggested. However, it wouldn't be appropriate to add these links regarding the German program, because they fail criteria #2 of the official link policy, that covers links to the official website of an article's subject. In this case, the linked content does not cover the primary reason that Truman is a notable school - unless the German language program is truly what makes the school notable, in which case we'd need reliable sources to verify this. --Darkwind (talk) 04:18, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

Gangs
[edit]- Indented line
Truman has had some problem with gang violance. It 2006 Class President Tyrone Lewis was not allowed to attend his graduation ceremony do to gang threats of him being shot. This decision was made by the school board even after police offered him a bulletproof vest to wear under his graduation gown and two plainclothes detectives to flank him during his speech on stage.
