I think you need a section that deals with the cultural impact of the Halo structure, even if all you put in is a "critical reception" section (such as the one in Covenant (Halo)). Just a paragraph with well cited comments from reviewers will be good.

- Hi, thanks for the review. The lack of a "cultural reception" section is deliberate. We ended up merging Forerunner (Halo) into a newer article that is as yet incomplete (Factions of Halo). A problem we had to address was how to divide the rather meager information under the "critical reception" umbrella; in the end, we decided that it was most germane under the Forerunner themselves, not the ringworld articles, which is why it's lacking. --Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 13:41, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
