Can not get the BBC Radio link to work. Maybe this might be a better link for the story - Loss of HMS Princess Irene

This link above does not show 352 killed, but some other number - depending on how you add it up.--Doug Coldwell talk 12:13, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

:The figure of 352 is per the quoted book source. Numbers vary according to sources used - The Times quoted 350 at the time. The GWPDA states 351, but omits mention of the man killed on the collier. As far as I can tell, 352 is the correct figure. The radio link worked on my own computer, but being BBC it may be restricted to UK only. 195.194.187.132 (talk) 10:32, 27 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Simple Question

[edit]

Who was "Princess Irene"?

Memorial

[edit]

Surely the Naval folk (including hired labourers) are on the Chatham Memorial, not the Southsea one? http://www.cwgc.org/find-war-dead/casualty/4003643/BIDGOOD,%20WALTER%20FREDERICK
