Im pretty sure the species name is from teh Ancient Greek oreas "mountain" (cf. oread), but would be good to conclusively verify. Casliber (talk · contribs) 23:42, 23 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've not been through in detail yet, but I made some changes (delink countries and other MoS, replace some of the many "primarily". Please check

You need to think about what you are linking. Lores isn't linked, but leaves is. I'll go through in more detail when I get time Jimfbleak - talk to me? 17:07, 20 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Think about links for carmine (in lead), coverts, invertebrate, arthropod, lores, Rove beetle, larva, slash-and-burn agriculture, ecotourism
  • Rockfowl move through the forest mainly through a series of hops and bounds, or short flights in low vegetation. It travels… — stick to either plural or singular, don't switch
  • Put explanations of binomial and English names together?
  • Version of English? "grey" but "millimeter". Need to be consistent. Since the countries in the area use BE, I'd go for that, especially as you're stuck with the BE spelling of grey" in the name, so "gray" in the text looks odd. If you are aiming for an FT (and you should) also make sure all three articles use same variety.
Thank you for doing the review. I'm currently packing for Thanksgiving Break and have to get everything out of a reference before going to bed, and will therefore be unable to look at the review until later tomorrow. Thanks. Rufous-crowned Sparrow (talk) 04:58, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
No rush, I'd forgotten Thanksgiving, I'm more attuned to the Canadian version. Enjoy the turkey, marshmallows etc Jimfbleak - talk to me? 06:50, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Rate Attribute Review Comment
1. Well-written:
1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct. Now the spellings are fixed I see no further problem with this point.
1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation. Well laid out.
2. Verifiable with no original research:
2a. it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline. Pass
2b. reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose). Pass
2c. it contains no original research. Pass
3. Broad in its coverage:
3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic. Covers all the main aspects of the topic.
3b. it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail (see summary style). Focused and concise.
4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each. Mainstains a Neutral Point of View throughout.
5. Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute. No edit warring recently.
6. Illustrated, if possible, by media such as images, video, or audio:
6a. media are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid non-free use rationales are provided for non-free content. All pictured tagged.
6b. media are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions. All pictures have captions and are relevant.
7. Overall assessment. A good article. I feel that most of the issues raised in the last review have been fixed. Just keep an eye on the mix of British and American English.

Nomination on hold until issues with criteria 1a are fixed. Jamietw (talk) 07:35, 21 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have fixed them myself. Jamietw (talk) 09:36, 21 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
