Disputed tag

[edit]

Like other similar articles, including the Lima Consensus, the article relies heavily on papers that reflect mostly the authors point of view, instead of a mainstream one. Examples of issues includes listing Mario Vargas Llosa as one of the early candidates of the plan, who was Alberto Fujimori's main opponent. NoonIcarus (talk) 11:56, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Tag to @WMrapids (since you are the creator and main contributor), so you/we can calmly talk and come to a consensus with Noonlcarus, who thinks the whole article is wrong, without the need to call admins Ultranuevo (talk) 15:51, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Be bold and add the sources you think are missing. Ultranuevo (talk) 11:41, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Per WP:CHOICE, I don't have an obligation to solve the issues: that onus is on the creator of the article, whose answer I'm still waiting. At any rate, I'd be glad to point at further issues and help if I can, but the clean up tag should not be removed before, like I've said several times now. --NoonIcarus (talk) 20:55, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Crimes against humanity category removal

[edit]

Crimes against humanity is a specific legal concept. In order to be included in the category, the event (s) must have been prosecuted as a crime against humanity, or at a bare minimum be described as such by most reliable sources. Most of the articles that were formerly in this category did not mention crimes against humanity at all, and the inclusion of the category was purely original research.
