Name of Powerhouse
[edit]This entry states the name of the Powerhouse as "Lubbe". This is false. The facility was built by BC Electric, and was named Goldstream Powerhouse. T Lubbe was the business manager of the Esquimalt Water Works Company, a competing entity that claimed water rights and was invoked in legal battles with the City of Victoria and BC Electric. Lubbe had nothing to do with the powerhouse and certainly wasnt someone BC Electric would name their power house for. Quanto71 (talk) 16:42, 3 March 2021 (UTC)
