[edit]"In adults, many of the symptoms diminish over time. Although it has been suggested that in children symptoms may diminish over time, it appears likely that most children probably do not overcome their deficits, but learn to adjust to them."
This statement is very confusing. It implies that adults do over their deficits, rather then learning to adjust to them. For neurological damage, 'adjusting,' the development of new strategies and reorganization of substrate to allow normal behavior IS overcoming deficits.
you can't just copy and paste the diagnosis word for word from the NINDS. I do believe it's a copyright infringement. 76.179.36.49 (talk) 19:33, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
