Expert needed
[edit]This article doesn't seem to be consistent in the dates quoted, and the phrasing is enigmatic, which may be the real problem. It cites only one reference, the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money, and probably all we need is for someone with good English and a copy of that reference (which only an expert is likely to have) to take a few moments to clear up the phrasing.
