Not notable

I don't think this organization is one that necessitates having a Wikipedia page. There are many other general boards and agencies in the United Methodist Church that do not have Wikipedia pages. Also, this entry doesn't contain any information about what the organization actually does; it just cites something that was picked up by a few news organizations. Also, this is not the correct name of the organization. According to their website their full name is the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits of The United Methodist Church.
