The result of the move request was: moved to General Artemas Ward House. Jenks24 (talk) 11:42, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
Gen. Artemas Ward Homestead → General Artemas Ward Homestead – Article titles shouldn't include abbreviations like this. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 15:54, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
- Partial support. I agree with the nom's point on abbreviations, but I think General Artemas Ward House may be a better destination. Artemas Ward House is both the commonly used name (compare House with Homestead) and the official name of the property.--SGCM (talk) 05:44, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- Support move to General Artemas Ward House per SGCM. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:02, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- Move to Artemas Ward Homestead or Artemas Ward House instead. Generally, titles of Wikipedia articles don't include honorifics pbp 13:16, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
- Titles of biographical articles don't, but this isn't a biographical article. If the man's rank is included in the common name of his home then it should be retained. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:48, 26 July 2012 (UTC)
