Citations, clarification

[edit]

  • "many gangs with turf on the outskirts of the city and have hybrid sets that are found in smaller cities all over Georgia.":: What are "sets" here? Given that, what are hybrid sets? I am British and I am not familiar with USA street gang jargon. (I know what a gang's turf is.) Anthony Appleyard (talk) 11:55, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If you haven't learned yet, a set is a 'clique' within a gang or more accurately, smaller, street-level organizations holding to a gang-culture, usually within larger, more organized gang networks 198.177.53.156 (talk) 21:24, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have heard of a gang in Georgia called "Mau Mau".

[edit]

This may be a black gang active in Atlanta. 173.255.175.54 (talk) 17:18, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
