Deletion discussion
[edit]In regard to deletion: I believe that articles such as this are useful for summary coverage of the Olympics and therefore should be kept. I think that the Olympics Wikiproject should provide ultimate judgement on this; if the project should decide that this article is unneeded, I will not contest it. Nyttend 14:00, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
For some time now we at WP:OLYMPICS have been trying to decide what to do with these pages. As this has been a divisive issue and we have yet to get consensus on it, I think it would be best to leave these pages alone until the proper judgments can be made on what to do with this series. For someone, Addhoc, who is not frequently involved in WP:OLYMPICS, it may seem that this page is useless and superseded (and so logically you would tag it for deletion), but it may actually have great use if in fact we decide to use these pages. └Jared┘┌talk┐ 15:09, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
