- Thank you to use an academic sources written by scholars to describe historical events related to PLO and Hezbollah attacks against that zone. 81.247.222.10 (talk) 20:56, 26 January 2012 (UTC)
- Ynet is a reliable source, feel free to take it to RS/N if you feel otherwise. You also removed reliably sourced background information and added information from Morris in an NPOV violating way, giving the impression that all the Arabs who left the Galilee were expelled. - The Arabs of the exodus fled or were expelled.
- In Galilee, they were expelled. See Morris.

- Ynet is not wp:rs for historical issues. 91.180.110.219 (talk) 08:58, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
- By the way, it is not written it is an ongoing issue. It is written that rockets was fired and that Israel riposted.

[edit]Can somebody explain how the rocket attacks would still be a concern today in East Galilee ? There was during the 70ies with PLO attacks and after 2nd intifada and before 2006 war with Hezbollah. They are any more or else, clarify. 91.180.110.219 (talk) 08:58, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
- Was the 2011 info added as a response to this? Anyhow, now it should be clear. ArmindenArminden (talk) 21:29, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
Boundaries of the G. Panhandle, sourced, anyone?
[edit]Cannot find good source defining the southern border of the GP: is Lake Hula in or out?
This map:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WV_Galilee_Panhandle_region_in_Israel.png
seems incorrect TO ME (includes too much).
Is the term used strictly in a geopolitical sense, as the result of the 1923 Franco-British border agreement?
Please note that "regional councils" (administrative units!) and the geographical/geopolitical units HAVE LITTLE TO NOTHING IN COMMON.ArmindenArminden (talk) 10:53, 24 June 2016 (UTC)
- I don't know of a precise geographical definition. I agree that the blotch on the map extends further south than I would expect. I think it is just badly drawn, and that historically the north shore of Lake Hula was the southern boundary. But I can't provide a source for that. Zerotalk 11:55, 24 June 2016 (UTC)
