Giolitos's device

Although Gabriele early on used a device with his father's initials ("IGF" = Ioannes Giolito de' Ferrari; see Ascarelli, La Tipografica Cinquecentina Italiana), I though it would be less confusing to substitute a device with Gabriele's initials.
