Sinus relief suggestions

I have been using a Water Pick that came with a sinus irrigation tool, using warm distilled water with a teaspoon of salt. Also, Max Xclear nasal spray, homeopathic , immediately relieves sinus headaches by shrinking swollen membranes. and following with Flonase. Works great!
