why can't we consider it season 12?

I'm curious as to why the editors think it's a different show from the original Frasier 186.78.231.158 (talk) 23:10, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Because it features a brand new setting, entirely new cast (apart from Kelsey Grammer), and is airing almost 20 years later. It is in no way Season 12 of Frasier. It has been described as a "third act" and another spin-off, the third following Cheers and Frasier. SitcomyFan (talk) 23:14, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
