Emma?

[edit]

Just curious, but what issues did Forge and Emma Frost hook up in? Or where was it mentioned? Can't find it anywhere... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.73.59.116 (talk) 10:39, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

They didn't. That's supposed to be Mystique, NOT Emma Frost. I've corrected the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.27.119.135 (talk) 03:54, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

real name

[edit]

when was forges real name revealed?

To the best of my knowledge, it never has. Dr Archeville 20:54, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
His real name has never been revealed. The name Jonathon Silvercloud seems to have originated from a fan fiction and/or an online role-playing game. There is no basis in the comics for this name and it should be removed promptly as people all over the 'Net are presuming it is accurate. http://marvel.com/universe/Forge_%28Age_of_Apocalypse%29 supports the "Jonathan Silvercloud" name as far as the AoA version goes (though it could argued that the 616 & Ultimates versions do not have the name - and clearly chose not to use it). 86.0.231.111 (talk) 07:18, 21 August 2009 (UTC)ShamrockHolmes[reply]

less ugly pic

[edit]

Can we please get a pic that looks like forge for the main picture? WookMuff 19:57, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, please use one of Forge in the X-Men traditional blue-and-yellow, with the red headband. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 62.194.121.100 (talk) 15:18, 23 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Not a Technopath

[edit]

Ok, I thought I'd leave my reasoning here rather than just re revert your edit. A Technopath is able to manipulate technology with their thoughts. Compare it with Telepathy, which means something to the amount of "long distance communication" or "communication with other peoples minds".

He has intuition on how to create technology, but he still has to use his hands to control it once it's created. I'll leave a day between this comment and re editing to give you a chance to reply. Jacobshaven3 12:49, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You know what, I totally concede the point. While I think of forge as a technopath, that is because i disagree with the definition of technopath, but as its a fictional term my disagreement don't mean a thing without some nice reliable/citeable sources. Sorry for being annoying. WookMuff 20:09, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Don't worry. Better to be "annoying" than to not do anything, just in case your wrong. :) Jacobshaven3 20:12, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Why thank you :) I read that wrong at first and thought you said "just, in your case, wrong" like teasing me :P WookMuff 20:40, 21 January 2007 (UTC) (take that, hagerbot!)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Forge-ult.jpg

[edit]

Image:Forge-ult.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 09:22, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't it fair use if you're using it for information and non-profit purposes? 192.249.47.11 15:10, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It makes absolutely no sense, but hey, it's Wikipedia! Make a complaint, they'll just lamely tell you to 'read the policies' - their pseudo-legal rambling policies that make not a lick of logical consenting sense. 24.81.139.104 (talk) 00:03, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An image of the character would be nice. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.150.144.78 (talk) 18:22, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New Main Image

A picture of the character that isn't from the nineties would be amazing Cordelia Van Allen (talk) 19:07, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

FORGE IS A TECHNOPATH

[edit]

A literal google search of the Xavier Files lists Forge as a Technopath. 72.90.241.160 (talk) 08:18, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
