Procedure
[edit]I have started a section on the procedures used upon a floor and redirected Legislative floor procedure to this. The details of that stub do not seem worth copying here as they seem just a how-to and are based upon Robert's Rules which is not actually used by major legislative floors. The section here instead starts to list other major authorities such as Erskine May to provide a more general summary of the various applicable works. If we find a good secondary source which compares and contrasts them, then we can use this to summarise significant common features or differences. Colonel Warden (talk) 09:22, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
