first diet of speyer???

why on earth is this article called "first" diet of speyer? over a period of 500 years there were around 50 diets in speyer. this one was neither the first nor the last.--Sundar1 (talk) 13:07, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

– These two diets are sometimes referred to as Speyer I and Speyer II, but they have nothing to do with the numbers of diets in Speyer but rather with certain topics concerning the reformation. Sundar1 (talk) 10:39, 2 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
