Convert to non-state-specific
[edit]I've checked out the sources and I'm not sure they support the notability of this health center (I haven't done more searches but the only ones already here that contribute to notability are the Herald-Tribune and, if reliable, On the Issues). However, it looks like the whole network of Feminist Women's Health Centers is possibly notable based on its coverage in the Morgen source (or possibly frame it as the LA center being notable and having a section or paragraph on its affiliates) and others.
