name change
[edit]according to WP:COMMONNAME, commonly used name must be used as title of article, so if we (google) search in news section, "Faizabad (Lok Sabha constituency)" will get around 1,840 results which is much lower when compared to results of "ayodhya lok sabha constituency" i.e 14,700. and specially when we compare "all" section results, "Faizabad (Lok Sabha constituency)" have only around 132,000 search results compared with much higher results of "ayodhya (lok sabha constituency)" have around 482,000 results. so to satisfy WP:COMMONNAME policy name should be changed.thank you.Followbrocode (talk) 10:17, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
- Do we have a source for that? The article's sources list it as "Faizabad", with "Ayodhya" one of the assembly segments that are part of it. – Uanfala (talk) 13:13, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
Article name and content should match
[edit]The article content says Ayodhya as the name of constituency, without any citation, but article title says Faizabad. Which one is correct? Anubhavklal (talk) 20:17, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
- Good catch. The last election was 2019, and at the time it was called "Faizabad Lok Sabha constituency".[1]-- Toddy1 (talk) 19:00, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
