- It is reasonably well written.

- a (major aspects): b (focused):
History
[edit]- 2006–2012: Formation and early years
- First paragraph, while large, details how members came to the band
- Second paragraph gives initial successes in Korea and China
- 2013–2014: Commercial success
- First paragraph is overpopulated with albums and EP's, where they were promoted and their successes. Too much detail. Needs precis.
- Second paragraph deals with the release of Overdose and the first live album. Too much detail about Overdose.
- Third paragraph reflects legal challenges and departure of members. Some of the detail here is unnecessary.
- This section can be trimmed back to two paragraphs.
- 2015: Critical acclaim
- First para mentions concerts, pre-orders, releases and music video. It is focussed on statistics and ratings. Billboard, Gaon, like this.
- Second paragraph details another legal suit, his father's comments on Weibo, and responses of SM. It then references a dome concert.
- Third paragraph mentions a Japanese release, a release in collaboration with Disney entertainment and the first K-pop song to be featured in the "Best of the Week" playlist by Apple Music
- This paragraph focusses on statistics, firsts, and legal issues. The family legal comments should not be here. There is some WP:PROSELINE with "first", "highest". This section can be trimmed back to two paragraphs.
- 2016–2017: Worldwide success
- First paragraph is about legal issues and payments by exiting member. Not relevant. Article is about the group, not the legal issues.
- The next paragraph addresses dual language song releases. Number of sales, records and first on Billboard are referenced. This paragraph is about statistics and sales of albums, the Billboard World Chart and Gaon Album chart. Talking about sales, income and chart heights is not talking about the group.
- The next paragraph is about legal settlements for two members. IT is not about the group and its music.
- The next paragraph writes of record six consecutive concerts, estimated capacity at stadiums, how quickly tickets/albums sell out, Japanese single and Platinum certification.
- The next paragraph details members pursuing solo activities in various industries, including music, film, television, and theater. Includes awards won and how many copies sold, like this.
- The next paragraph is about the 4th album: The album had received 807,235 pre-orders. Statistics are then raised and include the 2018 edition of the Guinness World Records.
- While statistics and seats sold at concerts are measures of success, there are no measures of the band's songs or performances?
- This section has a heading Worldwide success yet, is relating to activities in Korea, China and Japan?
- This section is somewhat over large and has too many measures of statistics and sales.
- 2018–2019: International recognition
- Good coverage of Olympic Games participation and commemoration by the Korean Mint Corporation;
- The next paragraph talks about all nine members of Exo, and "quintuple million sellers".
- The next paragraph mentions the compulsory military service, and solo activities by members. Activities by sub-units, six-member lineup.
- This section is over populated with statistics. There is group activity, song releases, albums, tours, and too many statistics.
- 2020–present: Focus on solo activities and group comeback
- First paragraph notes solo and unit activities for 2020, due to hiatuses from the group by several members while serving their military enlistment.
- Four solo activities are listed along with xo-SC. Again, this paragraph is littered with statistics: surpassed 1.5 million copies within seven minutes...
- Solo activities, members inactive due to military service, group activities and video.
- It follows the neutral point of view policy.
- Fair representation without bias:
- There is too much reporting of statistics and sell out times for tickets, concerts, how many seats filled.
- The history section tends towards reporting of commercial matters rather than band activities
- The individual legal matters and court orders against individuals are not band matters and not relevant.
- It is stable.

- Overall:
- The Worldwide success section does not really address worldwide matters and drifts off into statistics and who performed what.
- The history section leans towards commercial achievements rather than band activities.
- Artistry section, Awards and Achievements, Impact and Influence, Endorsements and Philanthropy: these sections are much more balanced.
- Some editing is required to retain GA status. --Whiteguru (talk) 02:24, 17 July 2021 (UTC)
