I

[edit]

I think you are all wrong. I read somewhere that this itching was caused by mast cell degeneration in parts of the body which feel the most impact as people walk or jog etc. This si the reason why most people will rarely experience this o n elliptical machines or other machines that do not put much pressure or impact on the body. I have a bad case of this condition. ThE only thing that helps me is to take an antihistamibne 30 minutes prior to working out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.133.139.5 (talk) 12:15, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not an expert, but it seems like this content could easily be merged to Exercise-induced anaphylaxis. WLU 13:29, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have time to do this now, but there are a lot of scholarly reports on the web about this condition (which I believe is more commonly called "Exercise _induced_ urticaria"). So it should be easy to add citations. Mcswell (talk) 14:53, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
