Wind Horse?

[edit]

The spiritual Wind Horse is normally shown without a rider, but with wings. This COA, however, seems to show a normal horse with a normal rider. Are there official sources that still name it a wind horse? Note that during socialism, the Coat of arms of Mongolia also showed a normal horse with rider, holding a traditional lasso pole, so that this wouldn't be an unlikely scenario here either. --Latebird (talk) 23:33, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You may well be right, if you feel that is closer, please make the edit. I just started the thing, there's not a lot of sources in English. Chris (クリス • フィッチ) (talk) 00:01, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I found this, which esplains it as a "traditional horseman", so I changed the text to that. --Latebird (talk) 09:17, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
