Disambiguation page
[edit]A Disambiguation page should be created to distinguish (1) PBS/Washington Post journalist Ed O'Keefe from (2) Australian athlete Ed O'Keefe and (3) ABC News journalist Ed O'Keefe.[1] MaynardClark (talk) 01:43, 18 February 2017 (UTC)

– WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. The journalist is clearly a primary topic compared to the Aussie rules footballer from the 1930s and 40s. The pageviews also show this. It even looks like the footballer's previous page view numbers were only because the article for the journalist wasn't created yet. Bait30 Talk 2 me pls? 05:34, 7 January 2021 (UTC) —Relisting. - Support Ed O'Keefe → Ed O'Keefe (footballer) and oppose Ed O'Keefe (journalist) → Ed O'Keefe, but would also support Ed O'Keefe (disambiguation) → Ed O'Keefe. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 08:30, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
- Support 2nd move, and Neutral on 1st move. Support moving disambiguation page to the basename. Paintspot Infez (talk) 02:11, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
- Support both moves per nom; clear primary topic. I see no policy basis for the above opposes/neutrals to the first move, nor for counter to move dab to base name. —В²C ☎ 13:34, 15 January 2021 (UTC)
- Support both moves per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC and number of page views. Jared.h.wood (talk) 23:01, 16 January 2021 (UTC)
- Support both moves. I don't see any reason to assume the journalist isn't the primary topic, since his only competition is an obscure Australian rules footballer who died 35 years ago. The journalist will only increase in prominence given his recent promotion at CBS. Nohomersryan (talk) 02:48, 17 January 2021 (UTC)
- Support - Pretty clear cut. Schierbecker (talk) 14:36, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
