(e) → E (Epik High album) – see E (Adrian Belew album), one album has "e" on the cover, the other "[e]", but how many users will know the difference? In ictu oculi (talk) 12:31, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
- Comment The album name seems to be precisely "[e]" judging by the cover and itunes links, but the technical restrictions make this unsearchable. Maybe E (Epik High album) should just redirect here? benmoore 21:25, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
- This one doesn't fall under partial disambiguation... I followed the link to the other article, and I saw nothing that said it's written as [e]. I think (e) is specific enough, though the redirect should certainly be created (I'mma do it right now, in fact). So I guess that's an oppose. Red Slash 02:28, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
- Support clearly the current pagename is wrong, since is supposed to use square brackets. Therefore moving it to the properly disambiguated title should be done, as the current title is just wrong. The current title should redirect to the disambiguation page. -- 70.50.148.122 (talk) 04:55, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
- The name is E. The brackets (round or square) are stylization. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 08:53, 3 February 2014 (UTC)

E (Epik High album) → (e) – The technically-restricted brackets can simply be substituted with parentheses to produce a more-satisfactory title. JohnCWiesenthal (talk) 23:58, 9 January 2024 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). JohnCWiesenthal (talk) 05:34, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

- The Epik High album can be distinguished from e (Adrian Belew album) per WP:DIFFPUNCT. JohnCWiesenthal (talk) 00:55, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- @JohnCWiesenthal: Perhaps, but this is definitely a potentially controversial move. It would need a discussion first, which you can open by clicking "discuss" on your request. SilverLocust 💬 05:28, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- I'll abstain from a vote if it comes to one, but it makes sense to me to call both albums a lowercase "e" and disambiguate, maintaining the brackets as stylization. "e" feels less like a word to capitalize to me than simply a cased letter. TlonicChronic (talk) 01:05, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
