Definition

It appears this definition varies (slightly) from that in Black's Law Dictionary [1]. Would it not make sense to roll this stub in Hazard (risk)? Rhadow (talk) 21:33, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There is no article at Hazard (risk), it's at Hazard and is as broad as one might expect. A poor redirect or merge target. Nor is there anything likely at Hazard (disambiguation).
