Kdrama’s

Why is it that all the Korean series have just 1 season but such good storylines. It’s like the minute the guy and girl get together it ends. Typical example is Dr John. They could have found so many procedures that could be shown and even go further into the relationship of the Drs both in and out of relationships, yet after he comes back from Cleveland and they get together again the season ends and no season 2.
