Divaldo Pereira Franco, widely known as Divaldo Franco or simply Divaldo ( Feira de Santana, 5 MAY 1927 ) is a professor, psychic, philanthropist and a great Brazilian Spiritist lecturer . Divaldo is a true "apostle of the Spiritism", with more than fifty years devoted to his * Mediumship and charity, and more than sixty years as an important Spiritist lecturer. Out of his eighty eight years of life, sixty eight of them have been devoted to the cause of Spiritism and the abandoned children from the outskirts of Salvador, Bahia. For the abandoned children he founded on 15 August 1952, along with Nilson de Souza Pereira, the charity institution named (Mansão do Caminho) mansion of Path, which helps around six thousand people daily, and it is home to more than three thousand, hundreds of the children are adopted as the psychics children. The copyrights of his more than 250 psychographed books, which has already sold over 8 million copies, were entirely donated in public notary for this and other philanthropic institutions. [1] [2] [3] Even though he sells big quantity of psycographed books and performs large philanthropic works, he is best known as a great lecturer and missionary of Spiritism abroad. Known as a pilgrim or " Paul of Tarsus of Spiritism", Divaldo has traveled over 50 countries publicizing the doctrine in lectures of very wide publicity. [4]
