Sources I've used for Igor Buketoff's article say he won the first award in 1941, and another in 1967. But here we're saying the award was not instituted until 1945. Can anyone explain the discrepancy? -- JackofOz (talk) 03:13, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
