The source linked on the deaths page (barring the translation not being great) doesn't really stipulate the wording, and the second source used on his page is paywalled so I can't assess it there. Face value the two seem essentially the same thing, just comes down to method. So ultimately I would probably go with whichever way the source puts it. Technically speaking, assisted suicide is a self-administered euthanasia but aided directly by a third party, whereas plain euthanasia is always administered only by a third party, and not by the self in any way.
