Hi, I am reviewing this article and in general it seems fine. I made a few copy edits, for example de Lackner is De Lackner when it begins a sentence. There are only a few comments:

• Does this source have all the information attributed to it? http://www.transchool.eustis.army.mil/museum/transportation%20museum/delackner.htm and is it reliable?
  • I double-checked to be sure I hadn't let "reference creep" set in, it should cover everything attributed. As for being a RS, it is the official website of the United States Army Transportation Museum and, I would think, should be as reliable as any other official U.S. Military/U.S. Government site.

Design

• "De Lackner's proposed concept" - as the lead is supposed to be a summary of the article, who or what De Lackner is should be explained here.
  • Done.

• Otherwise, it looks good!
