I can see how he suffers from PTSD as this is a crippling anxiety disorder with little benefit unless you count hypersensitivity to possible threats as a good thing, however I think that the use of the word "suffers" for dyslexia and ADHD implies unnecessarily that these conditions have no upshots and must be "suffered" when there are many people who would see these conditions as differences with their own ups and downs and not disabilities outright per se.
"Hogg has been diagnosed with dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder" or something similar would seem more appropriate therefore.
