2of2: to add one internal reference, here. I'm thinking to do! It's the red link Data as a service. You can see, it was deleted'cause G11, expired PROD, G11, G12.
With idem spelling, but one letter upper/lower: Data as a Service, Data as a service

Apart, wiki editing; and to look for a Cloud computing expert, somewhere.
Now, 1st question, is to decide to use or not to use these seven categories at the stub article Data as a Service, as they're used at Software as a service.

I decide not to write the former line, at the See also, NEW section of Data as a Service, yet.
And to end & catch somebody's attention for helping here. (I'm going to use the helpme TEMPLATE). Here, my question: Is it the best way to do that ? (Using helpme, at my talk page. I don't know if that template could be used at others talk pages like this one, you're reading). Thanks & Ciao. --PLA y Grande Covián (talk) 07:04, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Data as a ServiceData as a service

Software as a service is the sister article. WP:CAPS. Common noun. Tony (talk) 05:32, 2 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Notability, Verifiability, Deletion

[edit]

Data as a service is pretty well established as a term now. Journalistic articles in publications such as the Wall Street Journal and others (run a simple Google search) confirm this. Does anyone have any real reason to delete this? I can't see what the basis could possibly be. JamesLWilliams2010 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 14:36, 9 September 2011 (UTC).[reply]

cousin

[edit]

"is a cousin of software as a service" -- there must be a more accurate phrase for this. What about "is closely related to software as a service" --Kozka (talk) 14:25, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Desktop as a Service

[edit]

There seems to be some conflict between DaaS referring to Data as a Service, or Desktop as a Service. An example of the latter is used by VMware: http://www.vmware.com/products/daas/features.html

Is there a definitive term?
