Daisy Eris CampbellDaisy Campbell (writer) – It's generally that WP:COMMONNAME is preferable to WP:MIDDLENAME even if it means to include a disambiguator. All but one source (which that seems to be a dead link since it now redirects to the home page) emits her middle name. Additionally, according to WikiNav, over half of people typing 'Daisy Campbell' are looking for the writer and that 2% of pageviews come from that.
