Curtain raiser (drama) → Curtain raiser – This is a clear cut WP:TWODABS situation with one topic - the form of theater - being primary over the one-time 1967 military exercise, which is generally presented in all-caps and has no article of its own, and which can be dealt with in a hatnote.
