Clarification
[edit]I have proof read this article and have made minor language changes. However the first couple of sentences in the preparation section were not completely clear, and as I have never eaten Curanto I'm not certain that my changes are exactly what the author meant. Please can someone who knows more about the subject matter please check what I have written. Tim--Timdownie 21:11, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
- I translated the original article from es:Curanto. After some grammar corrections, I think the current text is fine. It could certainly use more detail from someone familiar with the dish, though. | Klaw ¡digame! 22:11, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
- Changed the wording on the preparation a bit in order to match the spanish version, since the usage of fish is hardly seen outside of restaurants, and almost never seen in the island where this dish is supposed to have originated.
I added the word milcao as an ingredient of this Chilean dish. I think it can be considered as a kind of potato bread, but it has a specific recipe, so I think it is proper to avoid translating this specific word. clau--Claulopez clau 11:51, 03 September 2010 (UTC)
