Reviewer: User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 22:46, 2 March 2010 (UTC) The first thing that I see in the lead is "where Lloyd J decided on 5 July that Cream had shown." The sentence is correct, but I have no clue what Lloyd J is. If there is a list of British legal terms or abbreviations, I ask if you can link to it whenever possible. I thought a name was left out or something. "Cream Holdings Ltd v Banerjee and the Liverpool Post and Echo Ltd [2004] UKHL 44" is a perfect example on how it can be done. I fixed some capitalization issues and I would like to see http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld200304/ldjudgmt/jd041014/jee-1.htm and perhaps linking the laws themselves in the Background section as footnotes. Other than that, the article looks good and I cannot see anything that will prevent it from becoming GA. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 22:46, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry; linking what laws as footnotes, and what is the "good example" nature? The link to "case citation"? Ironholds (talk) 22:50, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- In regards to linking; the bailii judgment (a much more stable site) is already linked. Ironholds (talk) 22:50, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
- Well, both Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights. But that is just how I tend to edit law articles. As I said, these are just suggestions. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 22:56, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

- The use of primary sources is normally frowned upon if there are secondary sources which give the same information. Ironholds (talk) 14:43, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
