Needs a lead section

- There is now a lead section, but it reads like the lead section of an article on Namibia, not the topic. Please review the guidelines. Richard001 (talk) 08:20, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- Removed the unrelated lead section and replaced it with a short introduction. Still needs to be expanded to reflect the content of the article. --Pgallert (talk) 15:07, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
