Text assumes that the reader knows what "cold formed steel" is. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.251.72.166 (talkcontribs) 20:24, 13 June 2009‎ (UTC) [reply]

Cold forming can be used to shape metal plugs. Forming thin gauges of sheet steel metal into goods is just one application. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.4.144.200 (talk) 17:24, 21 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"Termite-proof and rot proof" <- WTF, are we talking about steel here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.247.196.15 (talk) 09:26, 10 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nice research paper

Lots of info, but could use help from knowledgeable editor to make it more appropriate for Wikipedia. "Unit weight is comparatively huge" is odd wording.71.203.125.108 (talk) 18:54, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

More like F quality

Horrible article that seems to have been written by someone learning about steel.

For the record, cold-finished steel is not confined to sheets.  Cold-finished steel is available in square, rectangular and round bars, as well as hex.
