Critical Reception of choice of artist

Although I haven't been able to find any credible sources, there seems to be a lot of criticism being geared towards the choice of artists. This blog refers to them as "parchi artists"[1]

They include from the blog:

Danyal Zafar, Ali Zafar's brother
Ali Sethi, Najam Sethi's son.
Faiza Mujahid, Shuja Haider's "friend"
Rachel Viccaji, Zoe Viccaji sister (although she's actually been a background singer for many years on CS)
Aima Baig, Sahir Ali Bagga's girlfriend
Momina Mustehsan, supposedly the daughter of an influential General in the army.
Ali Hamza, family background (I don't understand the rationale behind that, he's actually talented)
Ahmed Jehanzeb, Shuja Haider's friend (again, makes no sense...he's a good artist)
Umair Jaswal, brother of Yasir Jaswal (both of which are probably the biggest parchis next to Ali Zafar's brother)
Zaw Ali, Sajjad Ali's daughter
