Couldn't we use the Unicode "♯" symbol in the article title? (U+266F) It is already in use for the Sharp (music) article as a redirect, so it certainly can be done. It might be a bit of an annoyance changing the reciprocal links, though. 67.79.10.18 (talk) 22:41, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
