Move to Code of Civil Procedure (India). It's a proper name, so should be capitalised. The date is probably unnecessary, but it does need a national identifier. However, Civil Procedure Code of India is not its name. But if we move this, we also need to move Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to Code of Criminal Procedure (India). -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:12, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
