More exact title for the term. I cannot do a move by myself because it says that "the title "Сity with powiat rights" is on the title blacklist" DixonD (talk) 08:04, 19 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Amend title

The title begins with a Cyrillic С rather than a Roman C. They look the same but behave differently in the search box.
