I've clarified the Boneless Buffalo Wings mention to seperate if from simply regular chicken fingers dipped afterwords with hot sauce. There's also a recent varation I've seen at a local Subway called Buffalo Chicken Melt. Looks like they make the chicken fingers regularly, add chesse, and pour Buffalo Sauce on it and then nuke it. All chicken fingers in New England are Chinese?

The sentence about chicken fingers being served "almost exclusively" in Chinese restaurants in New England is blatantly wrong. And the sources don't even claim this. And this type of chicken finger isn't exclusive to New England, we have them in PA). I should be changed to something like: "Chinese restaurants in the north east United States serve chicken fingers which are made with an egg batter and have a smooth texture. The sentence is still wrong. It makes it sound like chicken fingers like those served in Chinese restaurants (smooth batter) are also common elsewhere in the Northeast. That is not true; the more common "American" style tenders have the rough texture now ascribed to those from the rest of the country. Also, chicken tenders in Chinese restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic at least, with smooth batter, are known as sweet and sour chicken by virtue of the tangy sauce that invariably accompanies them. I have never of these being called chicken tenders by name. Chicken tenders have more of a bread-crumb or flour-based batter and are often larger than the small pieces used in sweet and sour chicken.

I thought chicken fingers were a Chinese-American cuisine invention and didn't know that it's just another name for 'chicken tenders.' The smooth batter aspect of the Chinese-American cuisine version might warrant having it's own section in this article, and perhaps a mention in the Chinese-American Cuisine article. I would agree that there should be more on the Chicken Finger vs. Chicken Tender discrepancy. I can't speak for elsewhere, but in New England, "chicken fingers" are a Polynesian Chinese-American dish with a smooth texture and dipped in batter while "chicken tenders" are coated in breading. Chicken fingers play a starring role in the tendies stories, a pretty long-running and influential Internet meme that's become associated with things like r/wallstreetbets. They're worth at least a passing mention in this article.
